Quitéria Premium produces cigars in small artisanal batches. Refunds or replacements may be issued in the situations below
Damaged or Defective Products
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item, we will replace or refund your order.
Non-Eligible Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

Partially consumed products

Items stored improperly after delivery
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
